At times, our residents may need medical services that we cannot provide, or their physical and/or cognitive needs can no longer be met by our community. In these circumstances, if needed, residents will be granted priority admission, based upon availability and assessment, to the following Rhode Island not-for-profit skilled nursing facilities:
