A True Story…
“It was June of 2006 and I was suddenly responsible for the care and safety of my mother. I had known that my mother had a memory disorder. She had had a thorough medical work-up. What I did not realize was how devastating this was to her as an individual and to me as her daughter and caregiver. For the next three years, we shared our lives taking walks, swimming, going out to lunch, doing daily chores. Over this time, I watched her gradual decline. It is a heartbreaking and life changing disease. In the Spring of 2009, I found Grandview Gardens at The Seasons and my life changed...”
Grandview Gardens at The Seasons is a safe and caring community for those individuals with Alzheimer’s Disease and other memory impairments. Within this therapeutic environment, our compassionate, professional and experienced staff is dedicated to providing understanding, support and encouragement to residents and their families. Our goal is to facilitate independence, comfort and security while reducing feelings of fear, anxiety, loneliness and helplessness. We strive to surround our residents with a sense of belonging, a sense of community, while preserving their dignity and being sensitive to their individuality and changing needs.
