Services
At The Seasons, you are respected as the individual you are. Our assisted living services are shaped by individual need and choice. You choose the level of privacy, independence and assistance that is most comfortable for you. You have the comfort and security of knowing that experienced, compassionate staff is always there to help you live life to the fullest.
One monthly fee includes . . .
- Choice of a private studio, one or two bedroom apartment
- Utilities, including expanded basic cable. Telephone extra.
- All community amenities
- Three meals daily served in our dining room, plus additional snack times
- Therapeutic diets
- Weekly housekeeping, personal laundry and linen service
- Assistance with showering up to twice per week
- Minimal assistance with dressing, as needed
- Medication management, including administration
- Pharmacy delivery
- Nightly checks
- 24-hour nursing support
- 24-hour emergency call/response system
- C.C.T.V. security system
- Reserved parking
- On-site maintenance personnel
- Scheduled transportation to medical appointments and The Seasons’ sponsored activities
- Assistance making appointments with professionals or outside agencies
- Visiting physician specialists
- Exercise programs
- Social hour daily
- Cultural and social activities
- Religious services
- Banking and postal services
Enhanced Personal Services are available for those who need assistance beyond our included Personal Services.
Pricing
One monthly fee includes choice of apartment and the listed services and amenities:

| Second Resident | $1,400 |
- Enhanced Personal Services are available for an additional monthly fee.
| Advance Deposit | $1,000 |
- A onetime fee payable at the time of application. This fee is fully refundable should you decide not to move into The Seasons. Otherwise, it is fully refundable at the conclusion of your stay unless there are any outstanding fees or charges for damages to the apartment.
| Community Fee | $2,500 |
- A onetime non-refundable fee payable on or before the residency date
The fees associated with Assisted Living and Personal Services are not covered under health insurance; rather they are primarily paid for with private funds. That said, there are a few funding programs available to qualifying seniors.
