Offering
the most advanced programs and services
Grandview
Gardens’ staff will continuously strive to see the world
through the eyes of its residents. In co-operation with family
members, we will develop a Life History Profile which will reflect
each resident’s personality, interests, hobbies, habits
and professional skills prior to the onset of the memory impairment.
Family involvement is also an integral part of developing a relevant
and effective Quality of Life Care Plan. This partnership between
family and staff contributes to our relationship with the resident
while allowing us to offer support to the family.
